Achievements of Past Negotiations
There have been many positive outcomes from enterprise bargaining at The University of Western Australia. There is a strong link between the Agreements and the strategic aims and priorities of the University including attracting, developing and retaining the highest quality staff. The University also recognises the importance of proactively supporting its employees in achieving work/life balance. The Agreements enable the University to provide flexible working arrangements to staff.
