Service culture is everyone's business. In line with our mission to cultivate high performance, UWA is working to recognise and create a service culture that complements our achievements in teaching, research and community service.

Embedding a strong service culture at UWA requires ownership and engagement by staff at all levels.

It frees up staff to focus on the right things and offer direct support to staff and students. It means we are better able to meet and surpass staff, student and client expectations, and be at the forefront of service in our sector.

The main premise of a strong service culture is to improve our offerings, which is achieved by adopting a continuous focus on refining and enhancing how we deliver services to our clients.

This site offers ideas and tools to help all staff foster a strong service culture and a focus on continuous improvement, as well as an 'effortless experience' around the campus and externally.

Nominate a 'Service Culture Champion'

Do you know a staff member who has demonstrated excellent service culture? Service culture champions demonstrate and exemplify a high-quality service culture environment and an 'effortless experience'. Acknowledge the work of a colleague by nominating them as a service culture champion.
