Welcome to the University of Western Australia's enterprise bargaining website. Enterprise bargaining is the process of negotiating conditions of employment between an employer and its employees. At UWA, these conditions are outlined in the Academic and General Staff Agreements. Past negotiations at the University have produced many positive outcomes. This page highlights the provisions achieved in previous negotiations.
These are the significant issues which are being addressed in the current round of bargaining.
Negotiations for 2009 are now complete but will resume in the second half of 2009. The updates provide information on how the negotiations are progressing and links to documents, including relevant all staff communications.
